Do I need to provide anything?
I provide my own face paints and painting gear, as well as a table and chairs.
The only thing you need to provide is a small space for me to set up. Somewhere with decent lighting and cover from the sun so it's not in anyone's eyes or shelter from wind and rain.
If you do have your own table and chairs already set up, I can use that, but I am more than happy to provide my own.
Paints
What paints do you use?
All of the paints I use are high-quality FDA-compliant cosmetic grade paints from BodyFX.
I use a mix of brands such as TAG, FAB, BodyFX, BenNye, Fusion, Paradise and more. I make my own glitter gels with cosmetic-grade glitter.
These cosmetic-grade face paints are designed to be easy to work with, long-lasting, comfortable to wear, vibrant, and most importantly safe!
They have been thoroughly tested, but if you or your child has sensitive skin and you are worried about an allergic reaction, we can try a swatch test and wait 10-15 minutes to see if there is a reaction before going ahead with the full face paint.

Are The Paints Easy to Remove? -Most of the face paint should wash off with just warm water or a baby wipe. However, some colours can occasionally be a little tougher to remove. For this I recommend, rubbing a little, baby oil/tear free shampoo, make up remover, and washing off. I generally recommend washing off before going to bed, as some colours can rub off and may leave a slight mark on the pillow case.

Do you only do face painting? - No, we also do pregnant belly paintings, and can also paint parts of the body. We are always keen to try new things so don’t hesitate to ask if there is something specific you want done. I can also offer photography with the belly paintings, and of painted faces (at smaller birthday parties). We also now offer Balloon Twisting for parties and events.

How do I make a booking? - The easiest way to make a booking is to email me at daizyde@gmail.com, as soon as you have an idea of a date, booking early is always best as we can book up fast. In the email it would be great if you could let us know the date and time of the event, the type of event and the location, and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

How do you clean your face painting gear? - To keep everything clean and tidy we use baby wipes and hand sterilizer. Brushes and sponges are thoroughly rinsed between clients and sterilized and cleaned between parties. For health and safety reasons, we will not face paint anyone who appears to have a skin condition or any form of illness – instead maybe offering a neat arm design.
How many faces can you paint in an hour? - I can usually paint between 8 – 12 faces an hour, depending on the complexity of the design. For larger events I can cut back to very simple designs and could do up to 24 faces.
How can I pay you? - Payment can be made by cash on the day. Online bank transfers are also accepted but must be arranged before the event. No deposit is necessary, although adequate notice of any cancelations would be appreciated.

There may be an additional travel fee for venues further out ($1 per KM outside the city zones). I am afraid I cannot travel more than an hour's drive from Taradale, due to chronic injury.

Short answer: No.
I provide my own face paints and painting supplies, a table and chairs, as well as a gazebo for large outdoor events.
The only thing you NEED to provide is a small space for me to set up. Somewhere with decent lighting and cover from the sun so it's not in anyone's eyes or shelter from wind and rain.
Access to water is preferable, but if there is no water access, let me know and I can bring my own.
If you do have your own table and chairs already set up, I can use that, but I am more than happy to provide my own as it is custom to my needs.
